Raise a Ticket / Complaint

Submit your complaint or support request. For device issues (repair/service), a service call will be opened in our CRM (same as our staff creating a call). For other issues, a ticket is raised for our team.

What type of issue?

Select the type that best matches your request. For Device issue / Repair, you will fill a service form and a call will be created in our system (like when we create a call manually).
